Stretch film packaging
Standard packaging, no heavy objects can be placed on top. Depending on the power rating, one 40HQ container can hold 10-13 units.
Stacked packaging

Genuine generator sets
We offer a one-year or 1500-hour warranty. Our professional technicians will regularly follow up on your usage to ensure timely preventative maintenance, identify potential problems, and provide solutions. During the warranty period, if your generator set malfunctions, we will arrange for professional technicians to inspect it and provide free replacement parts and solutions to resolve the issue.
Refurbished generator sets
We provide a 6-month or 500-hour warranty. If you encounter any problems during use, our technicians will be available to assist you. Refurbished generators have a power output of no more than 80% of a new unit. Please pay attention to the load power during use to avoid overloading. If a malfunction occurs during normal use within the warranty period, we will arrange for a technician to contact you and send parts free of charge.
Genuine used generator sets
Original used generators typically have operating hours ranging from a few hundred to several thousand hours. They have passed their break-in period and are in good working condition. For original used generators with more than one year or 1000 hours of operation, original Manufacturer no longer provides a warranty. ELECPRIME will provide a 6-month or 500-hour warranty for these generators. We stand behind every generator we sell.

How to customize based on requirements?
Depending on requirements, we can customize the generator set’s color and dimensions, the color and dimensions of the silent box, as well as the ATS and motor brand. Furthermore, we can tailor the unit to its operating environment, including specific temperature and altitude conditions.
How to maintain a diesel generator set?
The initial maintenance for a new generator set is required after 50 hours of operation, which includes replacing the engine oil, oil filter, and diesel filter. Subsequently, the engine oil, oil filter, diesel filter, and air filter should be replaced every 300 hours or every 6 months. If the generator operates in harsh conditions, the maintenance intervals should be shortened.
Can diesel generator set be used continuously?
Under 60% load, the generator set can operate continuously, with checks of coolant, engine oil, etc., required every 12 hours. At 70%-80% load, the generator set should run for no more than 8 hours before shutting down for at least 30 minutes. Under 100% load, the operating time of the generator set should not exceed 3 hours.
